The Biden administration has provided Ukraine with weaponry. This is nothing new. What is new is that the administration has approved of Ukraine’s intentions to hit Russia proper. This is exactly what every administration from Truman to Bush senior avoided during the Cold War.

The government of President Putin has said it is now interested in peace talks. America and Europe should engage Russia and should ignore Ukraine’s immature President who seeks to drag the world into the Russo-Ukrainian war. Russia should make territorial concessions while the west should abandon bringing Ukraine into NATO.

The French have spoken of sending troops to Ukraine to fight Russia. During the Second World War, European fascists joined Hitler’s army to fight Russia. Western leaders have lost all sense of reason.

The sanest politician in the western world remains Donald Trump who opposes this war and always opposed bringing Ukraine into NATO. If World War Three can be avoided until next January, the world could survive if Trump wins the Presidential election.

Throughout the country, there have been incidents involving teachers targeting students and labeling them “trans” without the knowledge or approval of parents. Two recent cases have emerged which indicate that many teachers have brought their social activism to school in full violation of moral and ethical standards. One case involved a Greek American family and another involved an immigrant family from India.

In both cases, predatory teachers sought to persuade each girl to transition socially. This means giving them male names and identities. This was done through the means of deceiving parents. In the case of the Greek family, school officials flat out lied when the mother concerned about her daughter asked if teachers and councilors were aware if anything had occurred that might have affected her daughter.

In the case of the family from India, the teacher not only instructed the child in question to lie to her parents, she instructed the other children in the class to lie about the child’s social transition. Here we have examples where teachers are actively grooming children and instructing them to lie to their parents and others. This behavior on the part of teachers is twisted and immoral.

The parents from India were so horrified when they discovered what was happening that they fled the state of Washington for fear the state might take their child. They subsequently left the United States and returned to their native India without saying a word to anyone. As if America were a Stalinist society where the state can take children if parents do not go along with the state ideology.

The Greek family on the east coast pulled their daughter out of the school and enrolled her in a private school where she is reportedly doing better. In the America of the Democratic Party, school teachers can exploit children causing them emotional distress and anxieties as happened with these children. Creating a climate of fear for families is the outcome of the twisted and insane LGBT ideology that the Democrats embrace.

The above incidents demonstrate that the Democrats are waging a war on faith and morality. They are a national threat. The actions of school officials to undermine parents and their values is evil. Those who vote Democratic are voting for more of the LGBT ideology.

A Special prosecutor, Robert Hur claims that President Biden cannot remember important details about his life. This is entirely believable as anyone who has watched Biden on television can affirm that he is senile. This is not to be cruel to the President as his condition is one that deserves sympathy.

Sympathy for his condition aside, the fact remains that Biden has to make decisions about war and the economy. He is in no condition to make decisions on such important matters. Biden should never have run for President four years ago, and yet he is running for a second term.

During the Democratic debates in 2019 it was apparent that Biden was sick. He ran for President anyway. Biden served in the Senate for thirty five years and served as Vice President for eight years. Other politicians would have been happy with such a career and would have retired gracefully.

Being the narcissist that he is, Biden chose to run for President. He has shown the signs of being a sick man and ran in 2020 and is running again. Of course, his family deserves criticism as well.

His wife Jill is referred to as “Doctor Jill” by Democrats and the media. We are supposed to be impressed by her education. Yet, this woman is allowing her husband to run for reelection even as the entire world can see him deteriorating mentally. The man has lost the ability to speak coherently, he walks away at speaking engagements, and on one occasion proceeded to shake hands with someone who was not there.

Compare the Biden family with the family of actor Bruce Willis. The family of Willis persuaded him to retire from acting when it became apparent he had dementia. Willis will deteriorate in private away from the eyes of the world. He has a horrible disease but at least has a family to care for him and protect his privacy.

The Biden family is the worst first family in American history. Hunter Biden’s corruption has been enabled by his parents over the years. Joe Biden cares nothing about the country. Only about being in the political spotlight.

The Democratic Party is fiercely defending Biden and is arguing that Biden is in good health As if people who watch him speak cannot tell how sick the man is. The Democrats are in conflict with reality on other matters such as biology, so it is not surprising they are in denial about Biden’s health.

Biden is a sick man who should retire. His family and the Democratic Party are doing him no favors by supporting his reelection campaign. A senile old man has been a disaster for the country over the past three plus years and needs to go. The Trump campaign should not hold back when the Republican nomination is secured.

For the good of America and the world, Trump needs to defeat Biden. Biden’s family, the Democrats, and Biden himself need to be gone. Dr. Jill should now be referred to as Dr. Evil.

The old Church of the Savior of Chora in Constantinople which had been a museum is set to be converted into a Mosque once again. The Erdogan government has again demonstrated its extremism. This is the same Erdogan that Prime Minister Mitsotakis invited to Athens a short time ago.

The Chora Church features beautiful iconography. We will be losing them, as eventually the Turks will destroy the iconography of Hagia Sophia. Sadly, the heritage of Greek Orthodoxy in Constantinople is being lost.

The Ecumenical Patriarchate to whom both the Chora Church and Hagia Sophia theoretically belong is itself acting like its Turkish oppressors in Ukraine where the Great Lavra a great source of Russian and Ukrainian spirituality is being taken from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Another cleric of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Longin has been beaten. The Ecumenical Patriarch in his expansionist activities is losing what is in theory, rightfully his.

In the end, he will end up with nothing. The conversion of the Chora Church is serious, but considering the persecution of the Church in Ukraine, few outside the Greek speaking world will care. The Greek government itself is more preoccupied with feuding with the Church of Greece over gay marriage than defending one of Greek Orthodoxy’s great Churches.

The conversion of the Chora Church demonstrates the failure of the policies of both Patriarch and Prime Minister. The Americans with whom the Patriarch collaborated in his anti Russian policies in Ukraine are predictably not helping him in Turkey.

As for the Prime Minister, his appeasement of Erdogan has been answered with the conversion of the Chora Church. The conversions of Chora and Hagia Sophia are outrageous insults to Christianity and Hellenism but the Greek world remains asleep despite these insults.

Representative Nancy Pelosi has stated that Americans protesting the humanitarian crisis caused by Israel’s criminal campaign in Gaza need to be investigated as possible Russian agents. According to Pelosi, Vladimir Putin wants a ceasefire and so anyone critical of Israeli actions in Gaza is under Russian influence.

This is exactly the stupidity that brought on the Ukrainian war. Anti Russian demagoguery is alive and well among the Democrats. First, the Russians were blamed for Hillary’s election loss in 2020. The Democrats and the media stated that the evidence on Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation”. The Russians are blamed for everything.

For Pelosi and the Democrats, stupidity and warmongering have no bounds. The Democrats joined the neocons for four years in stirring up anti Russian hatred which led to support for Neo Nazis. Not to be outdone, the Canadians honored a real Ukrainian Nazi war criminal last September.

The protests against the atrocities in Gaza include people on the left and the right. The left protesting (and this is an instance where leftists are on the right side) are by no means friendly to Russia. Good people on both sides are appalled by the horrifying conditions in Gaza where people are lacking food, water, and electricity.

The problem here is that Pelosi and the Democrats believe their fanatical ideology which consists of the idea that Washington (and Israel and Turkey) is never wrong and always supports democracy. Blind ideology created the war in Iraq, the destruction of Libya and Syria, the Ukrainian war, and now Gaza.

All of these ventures have ended in disaster. Yet, the true believers in both parties continue calling for more war. Senator Graham, a Republican is once again calling for the bombing of Iran. The lunatics exist in both parties.

It is to the credit of America that free speech still exists and demonstrators are speaking against the foreign policy of the Biden administration. As for Pelosi, the woman is elderly and is a career politician who lost touch with reality as many of her colleagues in both parties have.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government is the most extreme in the history of Israel. His coalition partner Itamar Ben Gvir who is in charge of national security is a follower of the late Meir Kahane. Kahane was expelled from the Knesset in 1988 and was barred from running for office in Israel.

The attacks on Israel by Hamas on October 7 were indisputably crimes against humanity and cruel and inhumane. The Israeli reaction however is also cruel and sadistic as Israel is bombing civilian targets without discrimination. A Greek Orthodox Church, Mosques, hospitals and homes have been hit. The civilian population is being punished collectively for Hamas despite not being involved in the attacks by Hamas.

The United States which has hypocritically lectured the rest of the world on human rights is continuing to arm the Israelis despite the mounting evidence of war crimes. Israel is looking to push out one million plus Palestinians from Gaza. Netanyahu has openly mocked the US by insisting there will be no Palestinian state when the war ends.

American officials have responded by pathetically saying Netanyahu will not remain in power forever. So, the US which theoretically supports a Palestinian state is going to allow Netanyahu to call the shots. Contrast Washington’s slavish obedience to Netanyahu’s government with their aggressive threats against Russia and others.

As a Senator, Joe Biden supported NATO’s aggressive bombing of Serbia. The bombing of Serbia was no different from Tel Aviv’s bombing of civilians in Gaza. American officials are as complicit in war crimes as the Netanyahu government. It is therefore not surprising that Washington is not doing anything to stop the destruction of Gaza.

The Netanyahu government is blocking humanitarian relief from entering Gaza. Famine is becoming a reality, as is the spread of disease. Palestinians are living without electricity and water. South Africa has brought a case against Israel before the International Court of Justice.

Chile and Mexico are supporting South Africa. Germany has announced it will defend Israel. The people of Gaza are not likely to be helped by any major western government. German. Support for Israel is reminiscent of the arms that Germany provided to the Turks during the genocides of the Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks during World War One.

The solution to a Middle East peace lies in a two state solution. American and European policies in the Middle East have failed. What the Middle East needs is greater Russian involvement. The Russians saved Syria from becoming a jihadist base a few years ago while the west was supporting ISIS and Al Quada. As the Ukrainian war is coming to a close, the Russians who have good relations with the Arabs and Israel may succeed in bringing about a ceasefire.

Prime Minister Mitsotakis hosted Turkish President Erdogan of Turkey earlier this month. Once again there is talk about a Greek Turkish rapprochement. The only positive sign from Ankara is that Turkish officials have stopped threatening to invade the Greek islands. How nice of them. This time at least Erdogan did not demand a revision of the Treaty of Lausanne as he did in 2017 when he last visited.

The fact remains that Turkey still occupies Cyprus. Ersin Tatar, Ankara’s representative in the occupied Territories of Cyprus insists on a two state solution and no concessions will be forthcoming. Add to the fact that Turkey has successfully helped Azerbaijan ethnically cleanse the Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh. Turkey is a major regional power entering into dialogue with Greece from position of strength.

The influence of Washington on Mitsotakis is quite apparent. Athens is moving to placate Turkey to please Washington. The Erdogan visit to Greece was out of place in light of the atrocities against the Armenians and Ankara’s general hostility toward Cyprus. Mitsotakis once pursued a hard line against Turkey.

His first administration with former Foreign Minister Dendias led to alliances with France and Egypt to counter Turkey. Over time, Greece’s principled stance has softened considerably. It might seem that Greek Turkish relations are less tense but this is not the case.

The fact that the Turks are not presently threatening to invade does not mean that their hostile claims on everything from Cyprus to to the Aegean Sea have disappeared. The Erdogan visit to Greece is a victory for Turkey and a defeat for Greece.

Turkey appears to be pursuing reconciliation while maintaining aggressive stances. This is a major propaganda victory for Turkey.

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has died. Kissinger supported the military dictators of Greece and encouraged the anti Makarios coup in Cyprus and the subsequent Turkish invasions. Greeks will forever associate him with the loss of Cyprus. A thoroughly immoral and unscrupulous individual, Kissinger is the perfect example of how statesmen are mafia figures at a much higher and more sophisticated level.

Kissinger was born Jewish in the Weimar Republic and was ten years old when Hitler came to power. His family fled Germany just before the pogroms of Kristaalnacht in November 1938. Kissinger experienced the brutality of living as an oppressed minority in a totalitarian state and despite this lacked any empathy for the victims of dictatorships. Aside from supporting the dictatorship in Greece, Kissinger supported Augusto Pinochet’s fascist regime in Chile and was a backer of the Shah’s dictatorship in Iran.

The best indictment of Kissinger came from the late Christopher Hitchens in his book, “The Trial of Henry Kissinger”. Hitchens got tired of seeing journalists like Ted Koppel treating Kissinger as a statesman rather than as a thug and wrote an article that became the aforementioned book calling for Kissinger to be tried as a war criminal. The Hitchens book has a list of Kissinger’s crimes which include his offenses against Greece and Cyprus.

Hitchens of course wrote a previous book, “Hostage to History” about Cyprus which documented Kissinger’s crimes against Cyprus. More recently, the late Eugene Rossides wrote a book, “Kissinger and Cyprus a study in lawlessness”. We will not be forgetting Kissinger’s criminal legacy in Cyprus.

Ironically, Kissinger came to be disliked by the neoconservatives. Kissinger was a thug, but he was an intelligent thug and not a fanatic unlike the neoconservatives. Kissinger opposed the wars against Serbia in the Balkans and more recently opposed NATO actions against Russia.

Kissinger understood the realities of the world and had he been Secretary of State in 2003, there might have been no Iraq war. He was more intelligent than his successors such as Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, or Condoleeza Rice. Kissinger knew he was a thug and despite his lack of ethics and morality, his form of diplomacy would have made the wars in Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Ukraine unlikely.

Greece and Cyprus continue the struggle to undo Kissinger’s legacy. The Kurds will also remember him. Kissinger sold out the Iraqi Kurds in the 1970’s who were massacred by the Baathist regime.

British Prime Minister Rushi Sunak cancelled a meeting with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The Greek Prime Minister is rightfully offended, but he should not be surprised. The British are not now and have never been friends of Greece.

There are many Englishmen who have been philhellenes ranging from Lord Byron to Christopher Hitchens. There are many academics who have love Hellenism and Byzantium. However, the British government is no friend of Greece or Hellenism.

Prime Minister Mitsotakis gave an interview in which he asserted Greece’s justifiable claims to the Parthenon marbles. The British Prime Minister not being content with asserting British claims arrogantly cancelled a scheduled meeting with Mitsotakis who is visiting London. Greece should find a diplomatic way of retaliating by expelling one or two British diplomats from Greece.

The British snub should not be permitted to go unanswered. Greek leaders with an inferiority complex in awe of Europe and all things western have forgotten the role of the British (and other western powers) in Greece’s defeat in Asia Minor in 1922.

The British role in Cyprus is especially evil. The British invited Turkey to have a say in Cyprus during the 1950’s in order to stop EOKA’s heroic campaign to achieve union between Cyprus and Greece. Many Greek Cypriots ended up at the end of a British rope at that time.

Sherrie Blair, wife of British Prime Minister Tony Blair was a lawyer for British citizens who have “purchased” the homes of Greek Cypriots in occupied Cyprus. The British up to the present time are playing a destructive role in Cyprus.

Mitsotakis has harmed relations with Russia and Iran in order to curry favor with the west. This snub by the British should be a lesson as to how poorly Greece is looked upon not only by the British, but by the west as a whole. At a minimum, Athens needs to call in the British ambassador to lodge a protest and needs to consider expelling British diplomats in retaliation for the snub.
