The leaders of Europe and Canada have expressed anger that the Supreme Court overturned Roe V. Wade. European leaders have expressed further disdain for former President Donald Trump. The three justices appointed by Trump made all the difference.

Donald Trump remains the bad guy for the internationalist left. The same fools who instigated the Ukrainian war are now commenting on how America governs itself. Really, European officials wanted Ukraine in NATO and disregarded Russian security concerns. The bloody mess that is Ukraine is largely the shared responsibility of the Europeans and the American Democratic Party.

Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau has likewise slammed the Supreme Court. The leaders of the western world have proven they are rigid left wing ideologues and not serious statesmen. The Supreme Court has handed the issue of abortion back to the fifty states where legislators and voters will ultimately decide what to do about abortion.

None of the above are talking about Rob Hoogland. Hoogland is a Canadian father who is in prison (YES PRISON) for MISGENDERING his daughter. His teenage daughter decided (with the encouragement of teachers and her mother) she was a boy. Because Hoogland refused to refer to his daughter as a boy he was imprisoned.

Some of us do not want lectures from Mr. Trudeau. Neither Trudeau nor European leaders have expressed outrage over the use of children in America and Europe as guinea pigs in the interests of trans ideology. Boys and girls are undergoing procedures including the use of “puberty blockers” and “binders” as first steps in changing their sex.

Binders are used by confused girls who strap a board to their chests in order to flatten their breasts. A first step in the process of “transitioning”. Christians look upon all this with horror but the surrounding culture sees nothing wrong with experimenting on children. No outrage from Europe, Canada, or the Democratic Party.

The outrage is saved for those who consider unborn children to be human and worthy of protection. Even so, abortion has NOT been outlawed. The issue is going back to the states. It is indicative of how the west is falling into barbarism that merely addressing abortion in a democratic manner leads to international hysteria.

This is what Europe is preoccupied with. The Europe that found itself paralyzed when it was attacked by the Islamic state and that is being colonized by migrants and refugees. Western Christianity in Europe collapsed some time ago. The Europeans suffer from self hatred owing to the Crusades, the inquisition, and other crimes against humanity.

The European Union last year threatened to withhold money that Budapest needed for covid relief. The reason was that the Hungarian government (democratically elected) banned gay and transgender propaganda from being taught to children. It is the Europeans that are anti democratic much like the Canadians who now imprison people for ideological reasons.

The Supreme Court strengthened American democracy by giving the issue of abortion back to elected officials in the fifty states. Conservatives understand that they could lose on the issue of abortion but are happy just to have the opportunity to make the pro life case. Liberals and their European and Canadian sympathizers are hostile to the democratic process.

Conservatives believe it is the responsibility of judges to interpret the law, and not create it. That is what all this is about. Conservatives believe in the sanctity of life in contrast to the Democrats who support nine month abortions and even post birth abortions.

The Europeans are too ignorant to understand any of this. They have also forgotten Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan which outraged them last year. What matters more to them is the maintenance of the legalization of infanticide and preventing the return of Donald Trump.

The overturning of Roe V Wade became official today. This decision was widely expected since news of the decision was released a couple of months ago. Someone within the Supreme Court had released info about the decision to overturn Roe V Wade.

The extreme left has become hysterical. Just as the decision on Roe v Wade was leaked, so were the home addresses of all conservative Supreme Court justices. Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s life was threatened when an individual was arrested for attempted murder. Democrats reacted with passivity when the life of a Supreme Court justice was threatened.

The overturning of Roe V Wade will not outlaw abortion. Rather, the legislatures in all fifty states will be making decisions regarding abortion. The Democrats however have no inclination for calmness. They are the party of anarchists.

Some pro abortion groups have previously desecrated Roman Catholic Churches and have vowed to desecrate the eucharist. We see then that the Democratic Party is not a political party. It is a religious cult and abortion is its most important sacrament.

Pro abortion zealots will target the eucharist in Catholic Churches. For the Democratic left, abortion is their equivalent of holy communion. The paganization of the Democratic Party is now complete.

The cult that the Democratic Party has become is centered around child sacrifice. It should be remembered that former Governor of Virginia Ralph Nordham gained notoriety when he said that a child that survived an abortion (during the ninth month) would be comforted until the mother and “doctor” decided what to do. If the mother chose not to keep the child (a living breathing baby out of the womb) then it would be killed.

Former Governor Andrew Cuomo supported abortion all the way up to the time of birth. The Democrats lost the argument on abortion morally and spiritually because of these extreme positions. The Democratic Party has no morality of any kind.

If they are not practicing child sacrifice as endorsed by Ralph Nordham they are actively promoting sex change operations for minor boys and girls. Orthodox Christians cannot support the Democratic Party which is at war with Christianity. There is already a soft persecution being directed at the Roman Catholic Church.

In due time, the Orthodox will be targeted by these contemporary pagans who call themselves the Democratic Party.

The previous post was a critical assessment regarding Prime Minister Mitsotakis. This post looks at a more positive view of the Prime Minister. President Erdogan of Turkey has been fiercely denouncing Mitsotakis!

Being denounced by Erdogan makes the Greek Prime Minister look good. This blog’s fears that Mitsotakis will follow in the footsteps of other Greek leaders and make concessions to Turkey under American pressure could turn out to be unfounded. It is in fact to the credit of Mitsotakis that he asked Washington not to sell weaponry to Turkey.

This is what has infuriated Erdogan. Erdogan has attacked Mitsotakis in a very personal way that indicates he is crazy. Meanwhile, the leader of the Turkish Grey Wolves is demanding that the islands ceded to Greece by the Italians in 1947 be given to Turkey. The Turkish Foreign Minister demands that either the islands be demilitarized or Turkey will put forward claims on them.

In addition, Erdogan commemorated the fall of Constantinople by suggesting Turkey will defeat the new Byzantines (Greece). Athens has a real problem. Mitsotakis deserves credit for raising the issue of Turkey with the US.

We will see how things progress. Mitsotakis has the potential for greatness or disgrace and failure.

Iran has seized two Greek oil tankers after Athens assisted the United States in seizing oil from an Iranian tanker. This is the most recent sign indicating that Mitsotakis is surrendering Greek national sovereignty to Washington. His trip to Washington may be a return to the submissive stances that Greek leaders have shown to Washington in the past.

Greece has no disputes with Iran. Iran is a Muslim country that Greece has had traditionally friendly relations with. Athens should have stayed neutral with regard to Iran. As with Greek policies toward Russia, Mitsotakis is placing Greek Middle Eastern policy under the influence of the pro war elements led by Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland.

Mitsotakis gave a pathetic address before Congress in which he not only criticized Russia on Ukraine, but on Syria as well. The Russian intervention in Syria was beneficial for the entire world. The Russians stopped the genocide of Syrian Christians and stopped Syria from becoming a failed state and a permanent breeding ground of jihadism.

During the Syrian war, Greek islands were flooded with refugees that burdened the then difficult Greek economy even further. That Mitsotakis criticizes the Russians on Syria indicates how far he will go to placate Washington. Mitsotakis past policies on Turkey were nationalistic but his foreign policy is becoming internationalist like the policies of so many previous Greek leaders.

So far, Mitsotakis has not capitulated on Turkey. The fact remains however that under Victoria Nuland’s influence the Trump supported deal between Greece, Cyprus, and Israel to carry oil to Europe was abolished and a new deal that includes Turkey was put together. At a minimum, Mitsotakis does not understand American foreign policy makers such as the pro war Nuland.

In the past Mitsotakis put together deals with Egypt and France that were directed against Turkey. Greeks should be concerned about the reversal of these agreements under the influence of the Biden administration. Mitsotakis is showing an alarming determination to please Washington at all costs.

The Russians have committed an act of aggression against Ukraine but even so, the Ukraine war remains complex. The American Democratic Party and the foreign policy establishment have been looking to start a war with Russia for years. They are trying to drag Greece into a confrontation with Russia and Iran.

Greece has a dispute with one country. That country is Turkey. Reportedly in Washington Mitsotakis asked the US to stop funding Turkish military aggression. It does not appear anything came from that.

The anti Russian sentiments in the western world are a symptom of internationalism. Greece has to be very careful with Russia. Before the Ukrainian war, there were reasons to be concerned about Russia. Russian support for Turkey and Moscow’s tolerance for the Turkish occupation of parts of Syria remain cause for concern. For Greece to embrace the anti Russian hysteria however is a serious mistake as is participating in and embracing policies favored by officials such as Nuland.

Mitsotakis appears to believe as his predecessors have that Greece is a part of the “west”. Formally, Greece is a member of the European Union and NATO. In reality, Greece is not favored by the western alliance. At the height of Erdogan’s aggression against the Greek islands Mitsotakis appealed to NATO and Germany.

Germany refused to stop arming Turkey and NATO refused to intervene to stop Turkish aggression against Greece. Mitsotakis risks becoming another Costas Simitis. That former Prime Minister, a notorious internationalist and anti Hellene gave up Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan to the Turks and endorsed the infamous Annan Plan for Cyprus.

Unconditionally and blindly supporting western foreign policy is a proven failure in Greece. Under the Biden administration it appears Washington remains pro Turkish. Athens should not be assisting the US against either Russia or Iran. Greece’s enemy is Turkey.

Athens should view the Biden administration as actively hostile toward Greece as long as people like Nuland are in positions of influence. To his credit, Mitsotakis raised the issues of Cyprus and Turkish aggression against Greece during his American visit. It remains to be seen if this was for show or if he was genuinely pushing the interests of Hellenism.

The big problem with the visit was the issue of show and not substance. Greeks are far too easily impressed with useless gestures of ceremony and how they are perceived by the powerful. Greeks should not care about a Greek Prime Minister addressing Congress.

Greeks should care about the security and sovereignty of Greece and Cyprus. Historically, Hellenic leaders in Greece and America have been so preoccupied with minor issues such as visiting Washington that they have ignored major defeats such as the ongoing occupation of Cyprus and the surrender of Greek islets such as that of Imia that took place on January 31, 1996.

It should be remembered that Greek Americans were thrilled that former President Clinton visited Athens in 1999. They totally forgot his administrations role in forcing Greece to withdraw from Imia and the slaughter of Greek Cypriots Tassos Isaac and Solomos Solomou in 1996. Substance matters and not useless displays of ceremony.

It is still early to fully assess the full implications of the Mitsotakis visit to America, but so far it does not appear that anything was achieved other than the fact that the Greek Prime Minister pledged his loyalty to the United States as so many failed and disgraced Greek leaders have previously done. Hopefully, this analysis will be proven wrong.

Anthony Fauci has said he will resign if Donald Trump gets reelected in 2024. Fauci holds a lifetime position at the National Institute of Health. He has been in this position since 1984 and for some unexplained reason cannot be removed by anyone, including the President!

Fauci supported gain of function research at the Wuhan Lab in China. In 2012, he wrote in a Scientific journal that he believed risking a pandemic was worth the risk if scientists developed new knowledge regarding vaccines. President Obama banned funding for gain of function research because of the risk for a worldwide pandemic.

In 2017, without consulting President Trump or Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Lazar, Fauci ordered a resumption of funding for gain of function research. Fauci is a shady character largely responsible for the misery the world suffered in 2020. Republicans in the Senate (in contrast to the Democrats) have been trying to hold Fauci accountable for his actions and statements.

Donald Trump was an elected President (and hopefully will be again). A man in Fauci’s position should not be taking partisan political stances. The man has long been out of control and should be removed from his position as health dictator.

Frankly, if Trump is reelected Fauci will not resign. The scientific version of Stalin will never voluntarily resign. He is interested in absolute authority and the media and the Democrats have established a personality cult around him. Trump over Fauci any day!

Another reason to bring back Trump is George W. Bush. Being the buffoon that he is, Bush fell for a prank from a Russian who led him to believe he was talking to Ukrainian President Zelinsky. Why the Ukrainian President would want to talk to a former and disgraced American President is something that did not occur to Bush.

Bush admitted that the US lied to Mikhail Gorbachev about not expanding NATO. He also said Ukrainians should kill more Russians. This odious man who invaded Iraq and contributed to the deterioration of relations with Russia is a war criminal.

It is to the credit of Donald Trump that he is disliked by Fauci, the Bush family, the Clinton family, the Cheney family, and the Biden family. Trump for President in 2024!

Classical liberalism in the Democratic Party is dead. Two years ago, Democratic Mayors in Seattle, Portland, Minneapolis, and elsewhere let their cities burn because they refused to uphold the rule of law. The Democratic Party became a pogrom party allowing angry mobs to destroy property and beat individuals.

Published reports indicate that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe V Wade. This is suspected because someone at the Supreme Court released information that is supposed to be confidential. Judges are supposed to make their rulings based on legal precepts and evidence.

Left wing activists are gathering to protest (as is their legal right) a decision that is not even official. Everyone has the right to protest peacefully. Except, left wing activists are going beyond the right to protest lawfully and ethically. The six conservative justices on the Supreme Court have had their home addresses made public.

This is thoroughly evil and despicable. The safety of the Justices and their families are now at risk. Such tactics are fascistic and not compatible with the principles of liberal democracy.

President Biden and other Democratic leaders have not condemned the unethical release of confidential information at the Supreme Court nor have they condemned the public display of the addresses of the Justices. The Democratic Party is anti Democratic and a fanatical ideological party veering toward totalitarianism.

The Democrats refuse to condemn any behavior by supporters. This blog has pro Russian sympathies but in the end Christian morality necessitated turning against the war in Ukraine. The morality of condemning a war that is killing civilians overrules political sympathies.

Condemning immoral actions does not mean that one must repudiate what one believes. Morality and ethics necessitate condemning immoral behavior. The Orthodox Church teaches that all people are created in the image of God.

That means it is morally wrong to bomb innocent people in Ukraine. It is also wrong to expose people (even public figures) to the possibility of harm by giving out personal information. In addition to this outrage, the political left has expressed outrage that Elon Musk has purchased Twitter.

Elon Musk has made clear he would support the free speech rights of everyone on Twitter. The left is going crazy because he does not intend to block conservatives from expressing opinions. Liberals wish to eradicate conservative speech by defining it as “extremist”.

Former President Obama recently stated that he wishes social media suppressed conservative speech even more than it already does. The Democrats want to suppress all dissent by labeling it “extremist” or suggesting that conservatives are lying.

For example, Democrats accuse conservatives of lying about critical race theory that is being taught in schools. It is absolutely true that critical race theory with its ideology of collective guilt of all white people is being taught. Attorney General Garland even went so far to label parents opposed to this ideological indoctrination as terrorists.

Finally, abortion supporters are now targeting the Catholic Church. Catholic Churches are being desecrated and Catholics harassed. The Democrats are not speaking up about the anti Catholic activities of the extreme left because these extremists are the core of the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party is also pro war with Russia. The Russians are wrong in Ukraine. One can condemn the invasion of Ukraine while simultaneously recognizing the insanity of the Democrats pro war positions.

The Democratic Party is a threat to American democracy.

Reports indicate that the infamous neoconservative Victoria Nuland will be visiting Greece, Turkey, and Cyprus among other countries. The trip will be aimed at gathering support for Ukraine against Russia. Nuland is infamous for having participated in the overthrow of Ukraine’s government in 2014 which provoked the Russian invasion of the time.

Furthermore, Nuland’s visit is a recollection of the dark days of Greece when Athens was the plaything of the western alliance. American and NATO officials have always looked upon Greece as a small country with no significance compared to Turkey. From their perspective, Greece has no interests except for those of NATO.

Greeks should remember that NATO interference in the internal affairs of Greece has never been completely eradicated. During the Bush-Cheney administration, the Karamanlis government was forced out of office because Athens vetoed Skopje’s entrance into NATO and because Athens signed an agreement with Russia regarding an oil pipeline.

Through the Ecumenical Patriarchate, NATO has infiltrated the Church of Greece. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt has helped Patriarch Bartholomew impose his anti Orthodox ecclesiastical dictatorship over the Church of Greece. American officials shamelessly interfere in the affairs of the Church of Greece.

There is much to respect about Prime Minister Mitsotakis. He has stood up to Turkey. He is not the perfect leader, but he is a major improvement over the collaborationists and stooges such as Costas Simitis and George Papandreou. Nuland is going to attempt to bring Greece into the Ukrainian mess which Russia started but NATO provoked.

As of this writing, trade unions in Thessaloniki are supporting the employees of the railway company OSE. Management of this railroad company is attempting to force its employees to help transfer NATO military equipment to Eastern Europe. These Greek citizens refusal to participate in NATO’s war is patriotic and heroic.

Greece’s stance on Ukraine should be one of neutrality. It is fine to take in refugees and send humanitarian assistance. Greek participation should end there. Greece should not repeat the treasonous actions of the Simitis era when Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan was handed over to the Turks and Athens permitted NATO to use Thessaloniki as a base to bomb Serbia.

Greece should emulate the admirable stance of Hungary. Hungarian Prime Minister Orban was reelected on an anti war platform. Budapest has no desire to get dragged into a war against the will of its citizens. Despite facing external pressures, Hungary has held firm to its principled position.

Polls indicate that sixty six percent of Greeks oppose any involvement in the Ukrainian war. Mitsotakis will have to choose between the neoconservative warmonger Nuland or the Greek people. Mitsotakis should look at the principled position of the railroad workers and unionists in Thessaloniki whose stance is a patriotic stance in favor of Greek national sovereignty.

President Joe Biden showed signs of statesmanship and responsibility following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. Various hawks and fanatics in both parties espoused actions that threatened to increase tensions between the west and Russia. Joe Biden correctly opposed the establishment of a no fly zone and sought to avoid a confrontation between Americans and Russians.

More recently, Biden has made some rather undiplomatic and inflammatory statements. Most likely these statements were made out of carelessness, but coming from the President they were highly irresponsible. Speaking to American troops, Biden suggested they would be going to Ukraine.

Furthermore, Biden suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin should be removed. The White House officials moved to correct these statements. It has been understood that American troops will not be going to Ukraine and that the President will not be pursuing a policy of regime change in Moscow.

The world would have been much better off with Donald Trump in the White House. Biden is not an ideal President but considering the dangerous rhetoric of both Democrats and Republicans in Congress we could have Presidents worse than Biden in the White House. Biden must shut up and stop making comments that do not reflect official policy.

Biden has said that he wants Putin out personally and does not support regime change in Russia. That distinction is understood when clarified but any personal opinion of Biden is going to be interpreted as being the official position of the White House. Biden should not be issuing personal opinions. He must shut up.

The Biden Presidency is compromised by the activities in Ukraine of Hunter Biden. News reports from sources such as the New York Post are implicating Hunter Biden with the bio labs in Ukraine. Hunter Biden has proven to be a very destructive individual.

At the time of this writing, there appears to be progress in talks between Ukraine and Russia. The peace process should be encouraged. Biden’s Presidency could be a successful one in the event of peace between Russia and Ukraine. Biden should shut up in the meantime.

Morality is above politics. At this point it is necessary for Russia to stop the war. The deliberate targeting of civilians in war is a war crime. American and NATO criticism of Russia is enormously hypocritical considering the targeting of American bombing of civilians in Serbia and Iraq. Regardless, two wrongs do not make a right.

There is conflicting information about what is happening in Ukraine. The existence of bio labs seems to be a fact despite denials by Washington. The biases of the western media against Russia is also a fact.

On the other hand, it is also a fact that Russia invaded Ukraine. The war must end and this will give both parties the opportunity to make their cases. Politically, the political leanings of this blog have been expressed very often over the past two years.

What matters first and foremost are the lives of people on the ground in Ukraine who either been killed or have left their homes. It should also matter to the Russians that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church has condemned the war and there is a serious movement in Ukraine to break away from the Patriarch of Moscow. Russia’s claims to political leadership in Orthodoxy (which this blog champions) is being seriously compromised by the unceasing war in Ukraine.

Orthodox Christians were correctly outraged in 1999 when NATO bombed Serbia on Orthodox Pascha. Russia is bombing another Orthodox country during the great fast. It will not serve Russia well if the bombing of Ukraine continues into Pascha.

The war needs to end now and deescalation should be the goal of an Orthodox leader. The example of Byzantine Emperors who usually tried to avoid wars should have been the example of Russia. War making has usually been the love of western aggression and imperialism.

The Crusader genocide and crimes against Muslims and Jews in Jerusalem filled the Greek Orthodox with disgust and revulsion. Now, there are certain similarities between the subsequent Crusader attack on Constantinople in 1204 and NATO’s expansion to the Russian border in our own day. Ukrainian civilians however are not responsible for the acts of aggression emanating from NATO.

The Russians should learn from the self destructive actions of the Byzantine Empire which devoured itself in its final centuries through repeated miscalculations and civil wars. The inter Orthodox war in Ukraine is similar to the civil wars between Orthodox Greeks in Byzantium and the wars between the Greeks and the Serbs and Bulgarians.

The major beneficiary then was the Ottoman Empire. The war in Ukraine strengthens NATO and Turkey over the long term. Russia should end the war now.

Victoria Nuland from the State Department has acknowledged in a rather deceitful way that there are labs in Ukraine that have conducted biological research. As the above linked article states, Nuland has expressed concern about this research falling into the hands of the Russians. This may possibly indicate that Washington has not been entirely forthcoming about its activities in Ukraine.

There is much we do not know. The war however must end.
